1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using Orders2Post, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, Orders2Post grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your business operations. The license is valid for the number of shops specified in your purchase.

  • Each license is for use by a single business entity
  • You may install and use the software on multiple devices within your organization
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software

3. Permitted Use

Orders2Post is designed to assist with the creation of Swiss Post international shipping documents. You agree to:

  • Use the software only for lawful purposes
  • Ensure all shipping information provided is accurate
  • Comply with Swiss Post requirements and regulations
  • Comply with all applicable customs and export laws

4. Payment Terms

Orders2Post is sold as a one-time purchase in Swiss Francs (CHF). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change for new purchases but will not affect existing licenses.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with Orders2Post, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. After the 14-day period, refunds are provided at our discretion.

6. Updates and Support

Your license includes all future updates to Orders2Post at no additional cost. We provide email support for technical issues related to the software. We do not guarantee specific response times but strive to respond within one business day.

7. Limitation of Liability

Orders2Post is provided as a tool to assist with shipping document preparation. We are not liable for:

  • Errors in shipping documents resulting from incorrect input data
  • Customs issues, delays, or rejected shipments
  • Changes to Swiss Post requirements or formats
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your license.

8. Intellectual Property

Orders2Post and all associated intellectual property remain the property of Orders2Post. Your license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

9. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund. You may discontinue use of the software at any time.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
